Honda CR-X Paint Colors

There were model kits made of every generation of the Honda CR-X, including the Del Sol.
Most of the color info was found at the english Wikipedia pages and on Daz's Import Archive website.

The lists are ordered by type and by model year:

CR-X AF/EC1 1984-1987

In 1984 bumpers and lower body panels were painted silver for 1.5i and were left dark gray ABS for 1.3 engined cars.

CR-X AF 1985

From 1985 onwards bumpers and lower body panels of 1.5 engined cars were painted dark metallic gray instead of silver.
Bumpers and body panels of 1.3 engined cars were left ABS dark gray, but were painted on request.

CR-X AF/EC1 1986

The face-lifted EC1 model arrived during model year 1986.
The EC1 Si came with a 1.6i engine (1.5i in US), a new interior and its lower body panels were now painted in body color with black belt line.

CR-X EC1 1987

The 1987 Si got its lower body panels painted in body color with black belt line.

CR-X ED8/ED9 1988-1991

A 1990 CR-X Si in Barbados Yellow, this must be the most striking color for a CR-X.

Interior colors, all model years

For all model years Si and SiR came with Graphite Black cloth interior for all body colors, only lower specs Polar White, Frost White and Superior Blue cars came with a Blue interior.
The Japanese 1989 Si Exclusive was available with either a Tan interior with leather seats or a Graphite Black cloth interior.
From model year 1990 onwards leather seats became an option on Si, SiR and VT models.

Interior colors, all model years

For all model years Si, SiR and VXi came with Graphite Black cloth interior for all body colors.
Si, SiR and 1993-1994 VXi seats came with a stripe down the middle of the seat in a color similar to the body color. Seats of lower specs models were all-gray.
